All purchases or upgrades of ReportMakerPro include 1 year of Gold Support. Gold support includes email and phone support, automatic notification of updates via e-newsletter, up to 30 minutes of training/assistance. Support responce by end of next business day. Support for up to 3 licenses is included in the Gold Support option.
ReportMakerPRO v2X
Version 2 has been Retired
2009 was the last year for support for Version 2 of ReportMakerPRO. Version 2X has been retired. Any Upgrades to ReportMakerPRO 2013 will include a year of Gold Support. Version 2 reports can be converted into the new 2013 ReportMakerPRO format.
